The charter has been developed with set standards to communicate to our clients, citizens and stakeholders the commitment of the County Council of Narok towards provision of quality services.with proffessionalism, integrity, respect and coutesy through consultations and regular feedbacks.
Our Mandates and Service Delivery will be as follows.
For other Services where clients pay, please refer to our approved and gazetted fees and charges.
Clients Rights
- Prompt Service provision in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Access and availability of information on services.
Clients Obligations
- Not to offer bribe or gifts to staff for services.
- Provide required information to facilitate service provision.
- Courtesy to civic leaders and staff.
- Inform us in advance if you need an interpreter.
- Pay all due fees and charges promptly.
The County Clerk requests that all clients abide by the By-Laws of the ocuncil and ensure enforcements.
